HOW IT WORKS

The Brief

What would you like to achieve, do you want to: recognise and reward employees, engage with consumers, or incentivise your sales channels? The more information you provide the more accurately we can tailor your incentive scheme or promotion.

The creative

Once we have agreed on the campaign, we design the staff incentive programme, the social media campaign, or the competition promotion, as well as the operations and mechanics that go along with them.

The Operations

The fun part; this is where we handle all travel arrangements, send out all communications, reward employees, contact winners and assist with all their booking requirements or send them their prizes. What are you waiting for - provide your brief today!

Tours
Half Day Corcovado Tour
Visit the Christ Statue, which sits 2,300m above sea level, atop Corcovado Hill. Following a scenic drive along the Rodrigo de Freitas Lagoon, we will arrive at the foot of the hill from where we will board a small train, which climbs up the beautiful mountain. Upon reaching the top, visitors will experience a panoramic view of Rio de Janeiro and discover why it is known as the “Marvellous City”! Tour also includes a drive along Rio’s famous beaches.

Full Day Tropical Island
Our tour guide will pick guests up at their hotels early in the morning and the visitors will enjoy a drive along the 65 mile shoreline, stretching to the fishing village of Itacuruçá. Upon arrival, guests will embark for a cruise on a schooner on the waters of Sepetiba Bay, which is dotted with over 300 islands. Passengers will have ample time to swim and sunbathe during our stop at an uninhabited island. We will continue to the privately-owned Bernardo Island for a delicious buffet lunch with a large selection of salad and hot dishes. The return trip is equally relaxing as we sail around the surrounding islands.

Half Day Sugar Loaf
Over a million tourists a year visit the world famous Sugar Loaf Mountain, which has become an iconic symbol of the city of Rio de Janeiro. Rising up from the small peninsula at the entrance of Guanabara Bay, its name is said to refer to its resemblance to the traditional shape of a concentrated refined sugar loaf. The tour is provided in two sections within two different glass cable-cars. The first cable-car takes passengers to the top of Urca Hill, which rises 215 meters above sea level and offers spectacular views of the entire bay and its islands. From Urca Hill, passengers continue in a second cable car to the top of Sugar Loaf which rises 395 meters above sea level and offers a 360 degree view of the entire city including Botafogo and Copacabana Beaches, the Corcovado and downtown Rio.

Rio by Night with BBQ Dinner and Show
After dining at a typical Brazilian “Churrascaria” (barbecue restaurant), featuring a great variety of meats and a colourful salad bar, we head to the most famous samba show theatre in Rio de Janeiro to enjoy an unforgettable performance of Brazilian Samba and folklore. An experience into the magical world of the Brazilian Carnival, wrapped in the colours and the sounds of exotic percussion instruments.
