Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service:
  • Provide exceptional support to customers via email, chat, and phone, answering inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and navigating our online platform.
  • Process returns and exchanges efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Submit daily reports
  • Responding to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assisting customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and navigating our online platform.
  • Processing returns and exchanges efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.

  • Marketing Support:
  • Assist with the execution of marketing campaigns including winner fulfilment services.
  • Assisting with the execution of marketing campaigns, with a focus on winner fulfillment.
  • Verifying winner eligibility and information, adhering to competition terms and conditions.
  • Contributing to the creation of engaging winner communication materials.
  • Gathering and meticulously analysing winner entry data to identify trends, patterns, and potential areas for process improvement.
  • Maintaining detailed records of all winner fulfilment activities.

 

  • Qualifications:
  • Recent graduate with a degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
  • Excellent Excel skills
  • Excellent email skills (prepping, managing, tracking and replying to emails on Outlook)
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks at once
  • Professional and proficient under pressure
  • Excellent data capturing, transcribing and administrative skills
  • Collaborate with team members to optimise workflow and resolve issues
  • Maintain accurate records of participant interactions (reporting based)
  • Provide on-the-spot updates to your manager

 

Benefits:

  • Salary: R13 000 per month
  • Full time: Monday to Friday
  • Location: Milnerton, Cape Town
